These honeys are harvested, on average, every fortnight throughout the summer. By collecting in this way we find that the delicate yet different flavours of the seasonal flora are subtly relflected in the honey. The connoissur honey is only collected in small quantities, therefore supply is limited.
Snowdon Honey Farm & Winery, nestled at the foot of Mount Snowdon, started when we began to keep bees as a hobby. As time passed, family and friends would call in to see how the project was progressing, which in turn led to the customary sampling of the honey, along with a drink or two. From this small beginning, the business began to grow, but to this day we have retained the warmth and hospitality of a small family run business.
